Some ideas are born in a boardroom. Mosh! came to life somewhere between the last subway and the first coffee, after a slightly wild night out in Berlin.

Tom Degroote—known for NJAM!, Dierendonck and his relentless passion for great food—envisioned a burger place that would be just as straightforward as it is bold. No nostalgic diner, no American copycat, but a space with as much character as the smashed burgers served inside.

We translated that vision into an interior where metal, vibrant red and raw materials take centre stage. A space that feels like the set of a night that never really ends. Fluorescent accents, industrial aluminium and playful geometries create an atmosphere that doesn’t just catch your eye—it pulls you in.

Mosh! doesn’t whisper. It makes a statement. Just like the idea that started it all. Sometimes the best concepts are simply born from a great conversation, a vibrant city, and a night that lasted a little longer than expected.
